Meet Our Founders: Richard & Alicia Nardo
As a family-owned company, the commitment and vision of our founders, husband and wife team Richard and Alicia Nardo, is at the heart of ABRN Development’s approach to delivering exceptional service and quality.
Richard has more than 35 years of experience in high-end construction, spanning custom residential to large-scale commercial projects. His years of construction experience and his ability to execute complex plans and manage a variety of subcontractors help keep projects on time, on budget, and on track.
Alicia blends years of business management and customer service experience with her keen eye for interior design. Under her direction, the team delivers a seamless experience from start to finish, providing peace of mind and guidance on everything from space layout and color coordination to selecting fixtures and finishes.
Together, Richard and Alicia bring a unique blend of skills, perspective, and experience to all facets of the custom home building and renovation process. That expertise is enhanced with a unique understanding of how personal the experience of home building and remodeling can be and sincere gratitude for the clients who invite them to be a part of their journey.

While many of our homes can be found within the MetroWest area of Boston, we’re also comfortable traveling where our clients need us and have worked around the greater Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions, completing projects in Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey, across Massachusetts and as far away as Texas.
We’re also proud to be the construction partner at Farm Lane Estates, a growing single-family home community located in York, Pennsylvania.
