Cape Horn Crossing, Red Lion PA

It's hard to believe it was almost a year ago when we broke ground on Phase 1 of our large commercial project, Cape Horn Crossing, in Red Lion, PA. We celebrated our ground breaking a few months later in a ceremony with Senator Scott Wagner, Representative Kristen Phillips-Hill, and Kevin Schreiber, President and CEO of the York County Economic Alliance.

We've come a long way since then!

Located on the upper part of the site, off of Cape Horn Road, the Tractor Supply building is finished, and getting stocked and ready for an early July 2018 opening.

Also on the upper part of the site, the Verizon Wireless building is almost complete.

The Verizon Wireless store will occupy 1800sf of this 3200sf building. Currently, there is an additional 1500sf of available retail space next door.

Situated across from that is a new Members First Federal Credit Union, presently under construction. Both are planning summer openings in 2018 (see site aerial below for a full perspective).

We are so excited to be nearing the completion of Phase 1! The stores will be open soon, and the town of Red Lion and the rest of York County will be able to enjoy the new retail offerings.

The Cape Horn Crossing development will also feature a two-story, proposed mix-use (office/retail/medical office) building located on the lower part of the site on Lombard Road (Phase 2), which will have available space for lease. This building is slated for construction in 2019. For inquiries, please contact Harry Goldman at Cape Horn Crossing, LP.
